COMMUNICATION The initial phone call, email or Facebook message will help define your project needs. I may ask you to send images to better define the project. I will always call you back and confirm appointments. 

SITE VISIT If we agree this project is a good fit, we can schedule a time to visit to discuss your ideas provide a detailed estimate.

DESIGN, BUDGETS & CONTRACTS We build a solid, mutual understanding of project scope and budget range, which allows us to continue the process of working together to create your vision for a remodeling project. Upon request, Certificate of Insurance and Contracts are provided.

SCOPE OF WORK Itemized and clearly communicated from start to finish, the scope of work is the roadmap to bring your vision into reality. My work is completed efficiently and with minimal  intrusion to your lifestyle. With an eye for detail, I may identify additional improvement needs for you to consider in the future.

INVOICING AND WARRANTIES An itemized invoice is standard for every project and workmanship is guaranteed for one year.
